The Raymond Corporation is seeking a skilled Dock & Door Field Technician to service industrial loading dock and door equipment at customer sites in Addison, TX. You will diagnose, repair, install, and maintain dock levelers, vehicle restraints, and related equipment to keep operations running safely.

Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined with experience in industrial doors or similar field service, capable of working independently, and committed to safety and quality workmanship.

Qualificações

• Experience troubleshooting hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Experience servicing industrial equipment or dock equipment is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record is required.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair dock and door equipment at customer locations.
• Install and service dock levelers, industrial doors, and safety equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Document work with service reports and summaries.
• Communicate findings and recommended repairs to customers.
