Raymond West in Portland, OR is seeking a Dock and Door Technician to join our service team. This role focuses on repair and service of dock and door equipment, maintaining strong customer relations, and representing the company professionally.

You will travel within assigned territories, operate with safety, pass Raymond certifications, and coordinate overtime as needed. The position requires HS diploma and at least 3 years of breakdown/service experience.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years breakdown experience or comparable service experience.
• Raymond Level 1 Certified or working towards that goal, if applicable.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with no more than the allowable points.

Mansioni

• Repair all types of Dock and Door equipment that RW sells and services.
• Repair all types of equipment that Raymond West sells and services.
• Update training and skills on a continuing basis.
• Train other employees as needed.
• Maintain a profitable billing level.
• Follow all Service Department procedures.
• Communicate with assigned Service leadership.
