Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3+ years breakdown or service experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; Raymond Level 1 Certification may be required.
• Willingness to travel daily within assigned territory and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Repair Dock and Door equipment and related gear in field and shop settings.
• Maintain profitable billing through accurate time and parts reporting.
• Follow all safety procedures and Raymond West policies; coordinate with Service leadership.
• Communicate options to customers before performing work; keep documentation tidy.
• Represent the company professionally and travel to job sites as required.
• Pass Raymond Certification and renew as applicable.
