Job summary

Raymond West seeks a Dock and Door Technician to join our service team. The primary duties include repairing and servicing Dock and Door equipment, maintaining customer relationships, and representing the company with professionalism.

You will bill directly for labor and follow all safety guidelines in line with OSHA requirements. The role involves fieldwork in the assigned territories, travel to job sites, use of a company vehicle and Fuel Card, and adherence to company procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years breakdown or service experience; or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Repair Dock and Door equipment and service equipment Raymond West sells.
• Update training and skills on an ongoing basis.
• Train other employees as needed.
• Maintain a profitable billing level.
• Follow all Service Department procedures.
• Communicate with Service leadership and customers.
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintain a clean, safe and professional appearance.
• Establish positive rapport with customers and coordinators.
