Job summary

Raymond West seeks a Dock and Door Technician for our service team. You will repair and service Dock and Door equipment, maintain customer relationships, and uphold safety guidelines. Candidate must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel with a company vehicle.

Expect to work overtime when needed, manage parts inventory, and complete paperwork accurately. The role requires strong communication skills and teamwork within a fast-paced industrial environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years breakdown/service experience or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Repair Dock and Door equipment and RW products.
• Maintain profitable billing and timely paperwork.
• Communicate with Service leadership and customers; ensure safety.
• Travel to sites with company vehicle; follow company procedures.
