Job summary

Carolina Handling, a Raymond dealer, seeks a Dock & Door Service Technician to install, maintain and troubleshoot dock and door equipment. You will report to the Dock & Door Operations Manager and ensure customer satisfaction with safe, efficient work and professional service.

Responsibilities include installations, diagnostics, site assessments, and maintaining records. Travel may be required to various customer sites; benefits and overtime opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Basic mechanical skills required.
• DC/AC electrical knowledge preferred.
• Hydraulic systems knowledge preferred.
• Welding and cutting torch experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Perform service, installations, and scheduled maintenance safely and efficiently.
• Diagnose faulty equipment and identify malfunction causes.
• Assess installation sites for functionality and potential challenges.
• Maintain service records and submit paperwork accurately.
