Qualifications

• Experience servicing industrial equipment or similar mechanical field systems.
• Mechanical troubleshooting across hydraulic, electrical and mechanical domains.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform service calls at customer locations to inspect, diagnose, and repair dock and door equipment.
• Install and service dock levelers, industrial doors, vehicle restraints, locks, and safety equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems; complete preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Document work with service reports and summaries; communicate findings and recommended repairs.
