Raymond West is seeking a Dock and Door Technician to join our field service team. The role emphasizes proficient repair of Dock and Door equipment, strong customer communication, and representing the company professionally while ensuring profitable labor utilization.

Duties include on-site repairs, ongoing training, teamwork, and adherence to safety policies. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of breakdown/service experience, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years breakdown or comparable service experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Repair all types of Dock and Door equipment sold and serviced.
• Update training and skills on a continuing basis.
• Train other employees as needed.
• Maintain a profitable billing level.
• Follow all Service Department procedures.
• Communicate with assigned Service leadership.
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely.
• Communicate options to customers before proceeding with work.
• Maintain tools and inventory as required.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
