All salespersons operate as 1099 independent contractors, earning commissions with unlimited potential—roughly 40% of gross profit per sale. Roles can be full-time or strong second income for firefighters.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales action plans and strategies.
• Schedule sales activity.

• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
