Job summary

Dinges Fire Company is seeking a results-driven sales professional to plan and carry out sales activities within assigned accounts and territories. You will build relationships with Fire and EMT decision-makers, promoting our fire service products and services to current and potential clients.

All sales roles are 1099 independent contractor positions with commission-based compensation (about 40% of gross profit per sale).

Qualifications

• Knowledge of fire service equipment and tools.
• Knowledge of basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales action plans and strategies.
• Schedule sales activity.
• Make sales calls to new and existing customers.
• Develop and present company products to clients.
• Negotiate with clients.
• Develop sales proposals.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email or in person.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and good relationships.
• Follow up on sales activity.
• Monitor and report on sales activities to management.
