Tellos, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Independent BCBA (1099) near Anderson, SC to lead clinical care with autonomy while Tellos handles administrative tasks. You will set your own schedule and determine if cases require in-person or telehealth services.

Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, creating evidence-based treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and using data to adjust BIPs. Collaboration with families ensures skills generalize to home environments, with SC residency preferred.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• South Carolina residency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Clinically: conduct FBAs and skill-based assessments to design individualized treatment plans.
• Drive Treatment Fidelity: supervise RBTs with high fidelity and clinical rigor.
• Data-Based Decision Making: use visual data to adjust BIPs and protocols in real time.
• Documentation: ensure medical necessity and payer documentation standards.
• Caregiver Partnership: collaborate with families and coach parents for home generalization.
