Tellos, Inc. is seeking an Independent Contractor BCBA to lead clinical services in South Carolina onsite. You will determine treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and decide when telehealth is appropriate.

This 1099 role offers autonomy with backend support for credentialing, billing, and client acquisition, allowing you to focus on clinical care while shaping your own schedule and caseload.

Qualifikationen

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• Residence in South Carolina is required.

Aufgaben

• Lead clinically with functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs with high fidelity.
• Use data-driven decisions to modify treatment and BIPs in real time.
• Ensure clinical documentation demonstrates medical necessity and payer compliance.
• Partner with families to coach skills for home generalization.
• Maintain ethical practice per BACB Ethics Code.

Ausbildung

Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
