Job summary

Tellos, Inc. is seeking an Independent BCBA (1099) to provide clinical leadership with autonomy in South Carolina. You will determine schedules, decide on in-person vs. telehealth when clinically appropriate, and oversee client care while Tellos handles credentialing, billing, and referrals.

You will lead FBAs, supervision of RBTs, and data-driven decisions to achieve meaningful outcomes, all while maintaining high ethical and clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Residence in South Carolina required.
• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Strong ability to manage an independent schedule with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinically with FBAs and skill-based assessments to design individualized, evidence-based plans.
• Provide supervision to RBTs to ensure fidelity and clinical rigor.
• Use data analysis to monitor progress and adjust interventions in real time.
• Prepare documentation demonstrating medical necessity for payers.
• Collaborate with families and coach them to generalize skills at home.
• Uphold BACB ethical standards in all practice.
