Tellos in Anderson, SC seeks a Part-Time Independent BCBA (1099) with full admin support and autonomy. You will lead clinical decisions, determine schedules, and decide on in-person or telehealth care as appropriate. You control your caseload with backend support covering credentialing, billing, and referrals.

The role emphasizes autonomous practice, ethical standards, and collaboration with families to achieve sustainable outcomes. Compensation up to $125K with admin support provided.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• SC LBA preferred; residence in South Carolina preferred.
• Ability to manage an independent schedule with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinically with FBAs and skill-based assessments to design treatment plans.
• Provide supervision to RBTs ensuring fidelity and clinical rigor.
• Use data to monitor progress and adjust BIPs in real time.
• Document medical necessity and ensure payer standards are met.
• Partner with families to generalize skills at home; maintain ethics.
