Job summary

Tellos in West Columbia, SC is seeking a Part-Time Independent BCBA (1099) to lead clinical care with full autonomy. You set your schedule and decide whether cases are in-person or via telehealth, while Tellos handles credentialing, billing, and referrals.

As the clinical lead, you conduct FBAs and skill-based assessments, supervise RBTs, and use data to drive treatment plans. This role offers a high degree of independence and strong admin support, with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required/essential.
• Active South Carolina LBA strongly preferred.
• Residence in SC preferred.
• Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Autonomy and ability to manage an independent schedule.
• Comfortable using telehealth supervision and digital data collection.

Responsibilities

• Lead Clinically: conduct FBAs and skill-based assessments to design individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Drive Treatment Fidelity: provide supervision to RBTs with high fidelity.
• Data-Based Decision Making: use visual data to monitor progress and adjust BIPs.
• Documentation & Medical Necessity: ensure clinical docs meet payer standards.
• Caregiver Partnership: collaborate with families and coach as needed.
• Ethical Practice: adhere to BACB Ethics Code.
