As the backend operations team supports credentialing, billing, and referrals, you focus on delivering evidence-based interventions, FBAs, and supervision of RBTs, maintaining clinical fidelity and ethical standards in line with BACB

Qualifikationen

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Residence in SC preferred; SC LBA preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments to design treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs with fidelity to protocols.
• Use data-based decision making to monitor progress and adjust BIPs as needed.
• Collaborate with Tellos admin for clinical documentation and medical necessity for payers.
• Engage families with coaching to support skill generalization at home.
• Uphold BACB ethics and professional standards in all client interactions.
