You determine cases' in-person or telehealth needs, scale your caseload, and maintain high clinical standards with back-end support. Experience with autonomy and caseload management is essential.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Residence in South Carolina preferred; strong autonomous work ethic.
• Experience with telehealth supervision and data collection preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinically by conducting FBAs and skill-based assessments to design individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide competency-based supervision and mentorship to RBTs with high fidelity.
• Utilize data-based visual analysis to monitor progress and adjust BIPs in real time.
• Collaborate with the Tellos admin team to ensure clinical documentation meets payer standards.
• Partner with families to ensure skills generalize to the home environment.
• Uphold BACB Ethics Code and professional standards.
