Job summary

Tellos, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Independent BCBA (1099) in West Columbia, SC, onsite, with the freedom to focus on clinical care while back-office support is provided. You control your caseload and schedule, choosing in-person or telehealth as clinically appropriate.

The role offers autonomy and clinical leadership with 1099 contracting, and earning potential up to $125,000+ per year depending on caseload volume. Support from RBT staffing, credentialing, billing, and referrals is provided.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• South Carolina LBA license strongly preferred.
• Residence in SC preferred.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong autonomy and ability to manage an independent schedule.
• Experience with telehealth supervision and digital data collection.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs with fidelity.
• Use visual data to monitor progress and adjust BIPs.
• Document clinical care to demonstrate medical necessity for payers.
• Collaborate with families and coach parents for skill generalization.
• Uphold BACB Ethics and professional practice standards.
