Job summary

Tellos, Inc. in West Columbia, SC seeks a Part-Time Independent BCBA (1099) to lead clinical care with autonomy and set your own schedule. You decide whether cases require in-person support or telehealth, and you gain control over your caseload.

We provide full admin support—credentialing, authorizations, billing, and client intake—so you can focus on high-quality behavioral care for families. This onsite opportunity offers autonomy with backend support.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required
• Active SC LBA strongly preferred
• Residence in SC preferred
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field required

Responsibilities

• Lead clinically with FBAs and skill-based assessments
• Provide supervision to RBTs with fidelity and clinical rigor
• Use data-based decision making to monitor progress and modify BIPs
• Collaborate with Tellos admin to ensure medical necessity in documentation
• Partner with families through caregiver coaching to generalize skills
• Uphold BACB Ethics Code in professional practice
