You will manage cycles from modeling to communications and post-cycle analysis, partnering with leadership to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR/Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in analysis, design and/or administration of compensation programs.
• Strong data analytics and proficiency with Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Model, plan, calculate, and communicate incentive cycles end-to-end.
