Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) required.
• Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues.
