Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an entry-level Call Center Agent for an onsite role in Chino, CA. You will manage high-volume inbound calls, assist with Airbag recall scheduling, and provide dealership information. The position emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.

You will use multiple screens and tools to document calls, resolve issues, and escalate as needed. Benefits accompany this temporary role, with pay at $20/hr, depending on qualifications and location.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work with a team and on their own.
• Must be able to type 35 WPM minimum.
• Computer skills - navigate multiple screens, tabs, software, etc.
• Previous customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Manage a large amount of inbound calls in a timely manner while delivering great customer service.
• Assist scheduling customers with appointments for Airbag recalls and provide dealership information.
• Handle 40-50 inbound calls per shift and support with recalls, warranties, troubleshooting malfunctioning radio codes.
• Capture concerns of the customer and document calls to create a case.
• Provide accurate information to customers, close cases and/or dispatch to the proper department for additional assistance.
• Work with team for feedback and growth opportunities.
• Handle high-volume inbound settlement calls, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
• Provide detailed claim information and support to customers with high accuracy and professionalism.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using call center software and tools to manage interactions and data.
• Consistently meet or exceed performance targets such as call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
