Job summary

TEKsystems in Chino, CA is seeking a contract-focused customer service representative to manage high volumes of inbound calls and schedule Airbag recall appointments. You will document calls, provide accurate information, and escalate as needed while supporting recalls, warranties, and troubleshooting.

The role requires teamwork, the ability to type 35 WPM, and strong computer navigation skills, with a Monday–Friday 6 AM–5 PM schedule and onsite work in Chino, CA.

Qualifications

• Must have prior customer service experience and strong communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple screens and software applications.
• Good decision-making and independent work capability with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound calls with timeliness and care.
• Assist customers with scheduling Airbag recall appointments and provide dealership info.
• Document calls to create cases and provide accurate information for resolution.
• Assist with recalls, warranties, and troubleshooting radio codes as needed.
• Work with team to share feedback and improve service quality.
• Meet or exceed performance targets for call handling time and satisfaction.
