Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a customer-focused professional for a fully remote, contract role based out of Warren, MI. You will handle high-volume inquiries via phone, chat, and email, guiding customers through product questions, orders, service concerns, and charging options while documenting interactions in internal systems.

The ideal candidate has 1-2+ years in customer service, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to learn new products quickly in a fast-paced automotive

• 1-2+ years of customer service or call center experience.
• Experience handling a high volume of customer interactions.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer navigation and typing proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support through phone, chat, and email channels.
• Handle a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
• Serve as a product knowledge resource for current and future vehicle offerings and related services.
• Answer customer questions regarding vehicle features, specifications, reservations, orders, dealerships, service, charging options, and recalls.
• Take ownership of customer concerns and follow through to resolution.
• Document customer interactions accurately within internal systems.
• Schedule appointments and assist customers with next steps when needed.
• Recommend solutions that improve the overall customer experience.
• Identify customer needs and tailor communication accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
