Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking an enthusiastic administrative associate in California to greet customers and manage high-volume calls and written correspondence. You will support GMs and service advisors, keeping a clean front desk and directing inquiries to the appropriate department.

The role covers clerical tasks, data entry, and basic accounting, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and a 401k with company match.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and administrative support to General Managers and Service Advisors.
• Handle receivables/payables and data entry for accounting systems and spreadsheets; balance month-end statements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
