Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and active listening during phone conversations.
• Clear, confident, and conversational over the phone with customers.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated toward goals.
• Experience in fast-paced, metrics-driven roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle primarily inbound calls, averaging ~200 calls per day.
• Provide an energetic, professional customer experience on every call.
• Build rapport, listen, and uncover customer needs.
• Explain value proposition and qualify customers for transfer.
• Overcome objections and move qualified customers forward.
• Maintain engaging conversations and follow scripted processes.
• Meet or exceed transfer goals and KPI targets.
• Be coachable and apply feedback to performance.
• Adapt quickly to change in a high-volume environment.
