LocalWork in Chandler, AZ is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to be the first contact for potential AvaHR customers. You will respond to inbound leads, deliver product demos, and guide prospects through the trial process to demonstrate LocalWork’s value.

The role requires strong communication, presentation skills, and a consultative, solution-based selling approach, with in-person duties at the office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales, SDR, or account management roles, preferably SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and video.
• Conduct live product demos tailored to prospects.
• Guide prospects through the trial period and showcase value.
• Follow up to address questions and objections with a consultative approach.
• Collaborate with Customer Success for onboarding.
• Maintain CRM records and pipeline in HubSpot.
