You will develop skills within our proven B2B sales process, nurture a robust pipeline of small to mid-market clients, and lead the qualification and closing of deals via phone and email with engaging web demos.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in SaaS, B2B preferred.
• Proven ability to build a sales pipeline.
• Strong communication across channels.

Responsibilities

• Be a champion for LocalWork: Build relationships with decision makers, HR professionals, department leaders, and even CEOs to showcase the value LocalWork can bring to their businesses and help them with their hiring.
• Develop your skills through our proven B2B SaaS sales process and supportive team culture.
• Cultivate Leads: Manage and nurture a pipeline of potential clients from small to medium-sized businesses (up to 500 employees).
• Identify and Close Deals: Prospect for new business by qualifying leads with key decision-makers via phone and email.
• Craft Winning Presentations: Showcase Local Work's capabilities through engaging web conferences and demos.
