Job summary

AvaHR is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Chandler, AZ team in person. You will be the first touchpoint with prospective customers, talking with business owners, managers, and HR leaders to understand hiring challenges and determine if AvaHR is the right solution.

You will qualify opportunities, schedule next steps, and learn to present the AvaHR platform while building a strong CRM pipeline.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus.
• Prior B2B, SaaS, recruiting, HR, or technology sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Connect with inbound leads and prospective customers interested in improving their hiring process.
• Engage with small business owners, managers, and HR professionals.
• Ask questions to understand each prospect's hiring needs, challenges, and goals.
• Qualify opportunities and help prospects take the next step in the sales process.
• Learn how to present and demonstrate the AvaHR platform.
• Follow up consistently with prospects through phone, email, and text.
• Maintain an organized pipeline and accurate activity within the CRM.
• Build trust with prospects by being helpful and responsive.
• Collaborate with the sales team to hit individual and team goals.
• As you develop, take on more responsibility including product demos and closing new business.
