Job summary

VIVAHR is seeking a SaaS sales representative to join the founding sales team in Phoenix, AZ. You will use inbound and outbound strategies to sell complex cloud-based hiring software to small and medium-sized businesses.

Collaborate with marketing and software teams, give demos, and drive growth through consultative selling. You will build a list of potential customers, assist with inbound marketing efforts, create proposals, and deliver compelling software demonstrations to close deals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Customer Support or Customer Success role.
• 3+ years of sales experience as a top performer.
• Experience with CRMs, email marketing, and cloud software.
• Knowledge of recruiting/hiring tech is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to simplify complex topics.
• Knowledge of home service professionals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new Pros and train them on the platform and services.
• Be the primary customer advocate from onboarding through lifecycle.
• Own customer requests and resolve issues quickly via multiple channels.
• Present updates or customer stories at team/company meetings.
• Report potential fraud or quality issues to the fraud/compliance team.
• Share client feedback to inform marketplace features.
• Assist other teams with tickets and scale support as needed.
• Conduct online and live product demonstrations to showcase functionality.
• Help build VIVAHR's culture and accelerate company growth.
