NAPA is seeking an Inbound Operations Manager to lead and optimize inbound activities at the Sacramento distribution center. You will oversee unloading, receiving, stocking, and safety, while driving cost-saving improvements and team development.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong process discipline, and a collaborative approach to meet performance targets. A focus on safety, quality, and customer service is essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience within a distribution center or similar environment.
• 1+ year’s proven experience in a managerial role and/or leading teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a proactive mindset in continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics software (WMS, ERP).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with General Manager to implement operational strategies for efficiency and productivity.
• Manages inbound operations, scheduling, unloading, receiving, stocking, and safety protocols.
• Trains and develops employees, ensuring teams function at peak efficiency.
• Handles customer inquiries and escalations, and resolves issues with a customer-centric approach.
• Works with other DC management to identify and fix recurring receiving errors.
