• Ensure adherence to security and loading procedures; maintain safe environment.
• Monitor budget and drive cost-saving improvements.
• Lead warehouse associates and empower teams.
• Investigate shipping errors with DC management and resolve issues.
• Schedule team hours for peak periods.
• Protect company assets; ensure receipts for shipments.
• Lead efficient processing of outbound orders and related activities.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities and introduce process improvements.
• Foster engagement, mentorship, and problem-solving within the team.
• Oversee nightly reconciliation of truck loads.
• Design and implement shuttle truck orders and loading protocols.
• Ensure compliance with factory return guidelines.
