NAPA seeks a Distribution Center General Manager of Operations in Sacramento, CA. This on-site role leads the DC management team to drive safety, productivity and customer service while achieving budget targets.

You will manage staffing, production planning, and cross-functional collaboration, with emphasis on Lean improvements, cost control and leadership development. A 4-year degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years’ experience handling inventory/operational tasks.
• 5 years' management experience in a Distribution Center / Fulfillment Center environment.
• Experience with Lean thinking and process improvement.
• Willingness to relocate for growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, develops, motivates, and supports DC teams.
• Develops and monitors production plans and staffing levels.
• Maintains safe work practices and environment.
• Oversees DC P&L and maximizes productivity to meet targets.
• Leads process improvements to drive efficiency and cost savings.
• Collaborates with senior leadership on network projects.
• Ensures effective communication across functions and sites.
