Qualifications

• Forklift and pallet jack certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise outbound operations and instruct employees how to perform work.
• Design and maintain truck yard organization, ensuring safe loading.
• Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and enforce cost-saving initiatives.
• Schedule hours for peak periods and ensure accuracy of shipments.
• Lead continuous improvements with other DC management.
