NAPA is seeking a General Manager of Operations to lead a Distribution Center with a strong focus on safety, leadership, and operational excellence. This role directs the facility's management team to meet performance, budget, and service targets while fostering teamwork and a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years inventory/operational tasks experience.
• 5+ years DC/Fulfillment Center management experience.
• Lean thinking or Six Sigma knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, develops, motivates, and supports the DC teams.
• Develops and monitors production plans and staffing.
• Ensures safe work practices and regulatory compliance.
• Maintains P&L targets and drives productivity.
• Leads cross-functional projects to improve efficiency and cost.
