Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years' inventory/operational tasks.
• 5 years' management in a Distribution Center/Fulfillment Center.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and process improvement.
• Strong leadership and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, develops, motivates, and supports the distribution center teams.
• Develops and monitors production plans for the DC and staffing levels.
• Manages safety practices and safe work environment adherence.
• Oversees P&L and budgets with managers to maximize targets.
• Implements process improvements and drives efficiency.
• Leads cross-functional DC network projects and standardizes processes.
