Lexus of Huntsville is hiring a Customer Service / Call Center Representative to help our customers and keep dealership operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. You will answer inbound calls, set appointments, and respond to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using scripts and templates.

You will also follow up to reset missed appointments and participate in team training sessions. Strong computer skills and a valid driver’s license are required; previous customer service

Qualifications

• Previous Customer Service experience is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills are a must.
• Valid driver’s license required.
