Job summary

Lexus of Huntsville is seeking a Customer Service / Call Center Representative to join our team. You will answer inbound calls, set appointments, and respond to inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.

No cold calls or sales calls. We offer full-time employment with excellent benefits, including health, 401K, life and disability coverage, PTO, growth opportunities, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills are a must.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from our customers and set appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
• Follow up with customers to reset missed appointments.
• Participate in team and process training sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
