Job summary

Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Operations team member to support day-of-show duties and VIP lounge management at a major venue.

You will respond to staff and guest inquiries, help resolve security and service issues, and ensure adherence to policy and procedures. With experience in high‑volume environments, you will supervise staff, maintain guest satisfaction, and contribute to a smooth, safe concert experience.

Qualifications

• Must have Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training or Food Safe certification.
• Knowledge of high‑volume nightclub operations, responsible alcohol service and guest relations.
• Ability to prioritize duties and communicate effectively.
• Excellent conflict resolution skills and upbeat attitude.
• Read guests and anticipate needs to provide positive experiences.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Director of Operations to perform day-of-show duties.
• Respond to elevated staff/guest inquiries and concerns regarding VIP lounge reservations.
• Address guest concerns and complaints related to security and customer service.
• Follow up to ensure service standards are met and reports are completed.
• Open/close/run shifts according to Live Nation policy.
• Supervise staff and ensure mandated breaks are observed.
• Perform suggestive selling of venue products when applicable.
• Communicate SOPs clearly to team members.
