Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to oversee Guest Services, Coat Check and VIP staff in a fast-paced live entertainment setting. You will ensure accurate labor systems, maintain atmosphere, and perform opening, ongoing and closing duties.

Responsibilities include daily pre-shift briefings, safety checks, inter-department communication, and ensuring guest-centric operations with a strong focus on service quality and safety.

Qualifications

• State or County Licensee or Certification Requirement / Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations-based departments including Guest Services, Coat Check and VIP staff
• Check accuracy of labor system at the end of the shift
• Maintain appropriate atmosphere (lights, sound level, room temperature, cleanliness)
• Conduct operations with a Guest First mindset
• Perform opening, ongoing and closing duties
• Occasionally conduct daily pre-shift in an upbeat and motivational manner
• Conduct safety, cleaning and maintenance walk-through of interior and exterior
• Check ticket counts with box office before shift begins
• Check email and mailbox for current information
• Familiarize self with event sheets
• Facilitate proper inter-departmental communication and organization

Skills

Alcohol certification

High school diploma or equivalent

3 years supervisory experience

Microsoft Office knowledge
