Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Education or experience in visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests' experiences through brand standards in key product stories and store navigation.
• Execute product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM flips, window activations, signage updates, and seasonal changes.
• Engage with guests to assess needs and provide product education.
• Provide feedback and training on brand standards and display techniques.
• Contribute to an inclusive team environment.
