lululemon Market Street seeks a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring brand standards to life on the floor, tell product stories, and optimize guest experiences through strategic presentation, styling, and in-store marketing elements. This role collaborates with store leadership, performs window activations, mannequin styling, and seasonal displays, while learning and developing under a supportive team.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of retail experience and exposure to visual or fashion

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales work experience
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards in product stories, placement, and store navigation.
• Execute product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM flips including window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and seasonal changes.
• Engage with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and integrate omnichannel programs.
• Provide in-the-moment training related to brand standards and visual display techniques.
