lululemon Athletica is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to ensure VM strategies and standards are brought to life in-store. You will manage product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing to create a world-class guest experience and maximize sell-through, adapting to store needs and seasonal campaigns.

The role involves collaborating with store leadership, executing visual displays, and providing on-floor product education while adhering to brand standards and driving omni-channel

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising or related design fields.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to travel to stores.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards in key product stories and product placement.
• Execute product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM flips, including window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and seasonal changes.
• Engage with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and support omnichannel programs.
