lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to execute in-store VM strategies, styling, and marketing elements that optimize guest experiences. You will manage product presentation, mannequin styling, and seasonal campaigns, aligning with brand standards across the store.

The role emphasizes collaboration with store leadership, training teammates, and providing product education to customers while delivering a world-class guest experience on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through consistent implementation of brand standards in key product stories and store navigation.
• Execute powerful product presentation in accordance with company standards to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM updates including window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and seasonal merchandise changes as directed.
• Engage with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and integrate omnichannel programs into the guest experience.
• Provide feedback and in-the-moment training related to brand standards and visual display techniques to team members.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment and supportive relationships.
