Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring VM strategies to life on the sales floor, executing product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing to enhance guest experiences.

You will implement key product stories, manage mannequin styling, signage, and weekly merchandising changes, collaborating with store leadership to maintain brand standards and drive sell-through while delivering a world-class guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above; training or degree in design or a related field

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Implement consistent brand standards in product stories, placement, and intuitive store navigation for a world-class guest experience.
• Execute visually appealing product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive sell through.
• Perform VM flips like window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and seasonal changes.
• Provide on-the-floor interaction with guests to assess needs and educate on products, integrating omnichannel programs.
