Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guest experiences through brand standards and product storytelling.
• Execute product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM flips including window activations and mannequin styling.
• Engage with guests to assess needs and provide product education.
• Provide in-the-moment training on brand standards and display techniques.
• Support a respectful and inclusive team environment.
