Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to ensure VM strategies and brand standards come to life on the sales floor. You will manage product presentation, mannequin styling, signage, and seasonal changes to optimize guest experience and drive sell-through.

You’ll collaborate with store leadership, deliver training on visual techniques, and contribute to an inclusive team while adapting to store needs and supporting omnichannel programs.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guest experiences through brand standards in product stories, placement, and intuitive store navigation.
• Execute product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM flips, window activations, mannequin styling, signage/label updates, and seasonal changes.
• Engage with guests on the floor to assess needs and provide product education.
• Provide feedback and in-the-moment training on brand standards and visual display techniques.
• Contribute to an inclusive team environment and supportive relationships.
