lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring store-level VM standards to life, executing product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing elements to optimize guests’ experiences. The role manages merchandise changes and product displays, ensuring alignment with brand stories and campaigns while delivering a world-class guest experience on the floor.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.
• Experience or training in display and styling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through consistent implementation of brand standards in key product stories and store navigation.
• Execute product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM flips, window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and seasonal merchandise changes.
• Engage with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and integrate omnichannel programs.
• Provide on-the-spot feedback and training related to brand standards and visual display techniques.
