lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring our floor-ready product storytelling to life. You will style displays, coordinate mannequin setups, and implement window activations and seasonal changes to optimize guest experiences across the store.

Collaborating with store leadership, you will ensure brand standards are consistently applied, train team members on display techniques, and contribute to an inclusive team environment while delivering a world-class retail experience.

Qualifications

• One year of retail or sales experience.
• Experience with visual/fashion merchandising, graphic or interior design is a plus.
• Education or experience in design-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to deliver VM presentation on the floor.
• Maintain brand standards in product storytelling and store navigation.
• Execute VM flips, signage, and seasonal product changes.
• Engage with guests to assess needs and provide product education.
• Provide on-the-spot training on visual standards to teammates.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment.
