Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring VM strategies to life on the sales floor, executing product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing elements to optimize guest experiences.

You will implement key product stories, manage displays and mannequin styling, and lead brand-standard executions while training team members. Collaboration with store leadership is essential to success.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales work experience
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards in product stories, placement, and intuitive store navigation
• Execute powerful product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through
• Perform VM flips, window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and seasonal changes
• Provide in-the-moment training related to brand standards and visual techniques to team members
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment and supportive working relationships
